artwork that's inspiring me

Colin and I actually got out for a date for First Friday (when all the galleries open their doors and you can do an art stroll through the city). We came across this beauty in one of the spaces. The artist is Jarod Charzewski, and this piece is titled "What Land Will Take". It just blew me away, really. The idea. The colors. Beautiful art that makes you think. Gotta love.

And I couldn't help but think: none of those clothes would see a landfill if I had anything to do with it. I so heart thrifting and repurposing (I have another post about this idea going... will share when it's finished).
