"The purpose of this project is to observe the effects of sitting with an outdoor place for a certain length of time.
The study officially began August 1. Phase one is open to anyone interested in participating and we are still taking new members!
You will observe, interact with, and immerse yourself within an outdoor place of your choosing and take pictures, write in a journal, or create art pieces or video diaries to chronicle your experience. Then, come here and under each week's "stories" you can share what you've written, experienced, and created. Sit with your chosen place for any amount of time that suits you: 5 minutes a day, two hours a week...whatever works. We also encourage you to share these findings on your blog, on Twitter, on Facebook, on Flickr...or any other social media you're involved in."
