elbow room

Ikea was pretty overwhelming. So many good things in there and when you only go twice a decade or so, you feel like you gotta see everything they have. Needless to say, we were in there for a good long while. (thank god they have a restaurant.) A lot of the time, though, was spent configuring desks on paper in order to get all the right parts and pieces. But we did it and Sunday Colin built the new tables for me. They are such an improvement from the old mis-matched tiny tables I was working on. I have elbow room! I can leave my paints out while I sketch! It's like a real, grown-up studio. I'm so loving it.

I am slammed with projects right now, so I will write more later.
