it all counts

This afternoon I planted tomatoes to start a small container garden on the terrace. This was an act of defiance against the feeling of restlessness that I've had ever since we put the house on the market. This was me literally putting roots back in the ground as a reminder that I should be living in the moment instead of putting life on hold until we are "there". There is no "there". There is no "then". It all counts.
