Snow day

We woke up to snow this morning, which was a perfect invitation to hibernate a little bit and decompress from the New Year hubbub (I don't think I'm a fan of New Year and all the expectations that come with it). So today was a kitchen day. Bread prepping, kombucha bottling, granola bar making, veggie chili cooking. Veda and I sat in the kitchen all day and talked and played. It was kind of the best.
