Holistic Ayurveda Coach Graduate!

You are looking at a graduate of Kerala Ayurveda Academy’s “Holistic Ayurveda Coach” program! I am so grateful to my incredible teachers and mentors. I’ve studied hard and learned SO much over the last six months. And I went through a frightening health journey that deepened my personal understanding and experience of Ayurveda. (I will share more about that another time.) Ayurveda is so powerful in its simplicity and its all-encompassing approach to health.

I’m continuing my studies over the next six months to achieve the next level of Ayurvedic Health Counselor. I’ve got so much more to learn, and I can’t wait to learn it!
