This is was built primarily in WordPress, with the help of my favorite webhosts (and friends) Utopian.net. Content is uploaded like a blog, with each entry being a post into a category, which is so easy and wonderful, I don't even know what to do with myself. And it's easily searchable based on categories, which means it's reader-friendly (and I like friendly readers).
